A&W in the Community
At A&W Iron & Metal, Inc., we believe that our success lies in the strength of our community and its members. Our community is where we live, work and start families, so we do what we can to support it. Whether that’s by helping students have all the school supplies they need to be well prepared, or showing our love for the environment by giving away trees for Earth Day, we know that strength lies in numbers.
Additionally, we encourage our team members to get involved in the community and explore their passions beyond recycling — as we all have a stake in our future and realize the importance of doing work that makes a difference.
